QUINTESSENTIALLYOU is dedicated to helping individuals rediscover their internal flame to feel joy, to create, & dream, to explore their Self & their Soul- all while embarking confidently on their life mission. ( aka Core wounds, but that's a whole Ted-Talk.)

We offer various massage modalities that can be woven with  energetic or trauma support as the Soul requests. By bypassing our egoic thought patterns, we are able to recognize that the less "we do", the more our bodies are able to recalibrate to a healthier pulse on their own.  Those that need intentional Trauma Relief & Release or Soul Immersion sessions - just know.

We will be offering classes at the Soul Sanctuary throughout each month covering different aspects of Self and different routes of experiencing healing, as well as life skills that we can share with one another, date-night add-on's (nightcap?!), fun photo shoots, live music, hemp tattoos, hot chocolate, FREE COFFEE, Girl's Night Out, local art on display and for sale, trinkets & treasures,

and maybe even some karaoke.

Ya never know.
